A través del programa COSP, ofrezco un espacio seguro y compasivo para reflexionar sobre la crianza, reconectar con la propia historia y construir relaciones más seguras y amorosas.

Hello! I am a nurse and holistic wellness coach. I have worked in maternal-child health for 14 years. I love supporting parents to create and maintain a secure attachment. I offer virtual classes. Please reach out if you’re interested.

Practice experience has primarily been in the child protection field.

-Supporting and training foster and kinship carers.
-Working with biological parents in the Family Intervention Programs
-Working directly with children in out of home care in a short term therapeutic program

Health Visitor Team Leader for Video Interaction Health Visiting team. I practice Video Interaction Guidance (VIG) and can bring COSP into that work for individual families or bring VIG into group COSP

I dont currently have a practice. However I have had many experiences working with vulnerable families to ensure they are meeting the emotional, physical and psychological needs of their children. I believe that Circle of Security helps people understand their own perceptions and teaches people to be more confident when dealing with their children. I can offer outreach Circle of Security classes and am available to do evenings and weekends.

I am currently working pt in an Infant and Early Years Mental Health Program. We run COS groups for parents of children early months to two years. I have had a strong research background in attachment work including completing Dr Diane Poole Heller ‘s training on Adult Attachment styles. Further, completed two trainings re attachment and regulation through Sick Children’s in Toronto. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner having completed 3 years of training in the resolving and healing from trauma.
